1. Account Terms
By creating an account on Consentify.dev, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.
2. Service Description
Consentify.dev provides a cookie consent management platform that allows you to add GDPR-compliant consent banners to your websites. The service includes a JavaScript widget, a management dashboard, REST API access, and analytics tools. Features vary by plan (Free and Pro).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our prior written consent.
- Use the service to collect or process data in violation of privacy laws.
4. Billing and Refunds
The Pro plan is available at €11/month or €99/year as displayed at the time of subscription. All prices are in EUR. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 1 month free trial for new Pro subscriptions. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 14 days of a charge for consideration.
5. Free Plan Limits
The Free plan includes 1 domain with unlimited consent decisions. To add more domains or access advanced features such as analytics, custom CSS, and API access, upgrade to Pro.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, then deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consentify.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
